2 Who will be my coach?
We match you with a mentor who best fits your goals, learning style, and market needs to maximize your success.
3 How often can I communicate with my coach?
You'll have unlimited access to your mentor. Coaches are available every day from 8 AM to 10 PM.
4 What qualifies as a motivated seller lead?
A motivated seller lead is typically a property owner with high equity in a vacant home — an underperforming asset that they're motivated to sell.
5 What qualifies as a cash buyer lead?
Cash buyers are individuals or entities that have purchased at least two properties with cash in your market within the past six months.
6 Is there a limit on the number of leads I can receive?
We recommend sending 200 letters per week to motivated sellers. You can request up to 2,000 leads per month based on your marketing capacity.
7 When do I receive cash buyer leads?
Cash buyer leads are provided once you've secured your first Option Contract.

We've partnered with a national investor-friendly Title Company that you can use. However, we also encourage you to build a relationship with a local title company in your area.
13 How do I run comps and determine offer prices?
Our system includes tools for pulling comparable properties and an automated high-low bid sheet to help you determine your optimal offer range.
