Real Estate Sales LLC provides real estate investing education, mentoring, coaching, and lead generation services. Our services include but are not limited to one-on-one coaching, educational materials, motivated seller lead lists, cash buyer resources, and access to our Flip Cheap Houses™ platform. The specific services available to you depend on your enrollment level and agreement with Real Estate Sales LLC.
3. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally able to enter into binding contracts to use our Sites and services. By using our Sites, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements. If you are using our Sites on behalf of a business entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
4. USER ACCOUNTS
Certain features of our Sites may require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

The Flip Cheap Houses™ name, the Real Estate Sales LLC logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Real Estate Sales LLC. You may access and use our Sites for lawful purposes only and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Use our Sites in any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation

- Use any robot, spider, or other automatic device, process, or means to access the Sites for any purpose, including monitoring or copying any material on the Sites
- Use the Sites to transmit or facilitate the transmission of unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, spam, or similar solicitation
- Attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the Sites
- Impersonate or attempt to impersonate Real Estate Sales LLC, an employee, another user, or any other person or entity

8. NO GUARANTEES OF RESULTS

In no event shall our aggregate liability exceed the amount you paid to Real Estate Sales LLC in the twelve months preceding the claim.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
