All right, first of all it’s an honor and a privilege to be able to even make this video today, but I wanted to send this out for anybody that may be watching this, checking it out for the first time. If you’re anything like me, when it comes to opportunities, especially when you see that you’re going to put an investment out, maybe it’s the last little bit of your money in your savings account — if that’s you, that’s where I was.

I just remember two months ago going through a tough time in my life. It was a very tough time and even financially just not being at the spot that I once was. But when I was searching, I was praying for an opportunity to come into my life and I remember coming across this real estate opportunity.

When I saw it, I knew it was something I was interested in. I always had goals and desires to get into real estate and flipping houses. But I wanted to learn more. The one thing that separated this company from everything else was that they were into the relationship. It wasn’t a seminar where they pumped you up and got you to spend money and you never heard from them again.

From day one, when they said something they meant it. When they said they were going to call, they called on time. When they said they were going to do something, they did it. That started to put down the wall and allow me to say, I’m going to move on faith.

I remember the first time I was introduced to Nick Bailey — never met the guy a day in my life. It was a conference call and I just knew from that time moving forward that this was going to be a relationship I was going to have the rest of my life. Not because I was looking for a best friend — let’s be honest, we get into this to make money. But I saw beyond the money that this was a man who really cared about people.

From day one the guy has backed up everything he said. He over-promised and over-delivered. Over the last two months, he’s helped me write numerous deals that are going through this month. A bunch of properties are going to be sold and I’m only two months in.

The biggest thing is he’s been there as a mentor, as a friend, as a supporter. There’s a lot of people who talk it and don’t back it up, but Nick has shown me that when he says something he backs it up.
